You acknowledge that your rights in the HEAT.WAV sample pack are subject to the Basic License Agreement  and you agree to abide by the terms of such license.  
 
HEAT.WAV is a sample pack intended primarily for non-commercial use. If you use a sample from Heat.wav for commercial purposes please contact fgh@tmlmusic.com for clearance as outlined in the Basic License Agreement.
